I just started using Adobe Premiere and while editing a video I ran into the Low level exception occurred in TEXT(AEVideoFilter:15) error. these are the steps that I uses to fix this issue. My total steps Removed Most recent Text additions Edit Preferences - Playback - removed tick for Enabler Mercury Transmit Tested it again - That did not work Went back in and added Enabler Mercury Transmit back on Closed out of Premiere Closed out Creative cloud from running in the background by pressing (Ctrl - Alt - Delete and choosing to End task) Reopened Creative Cloud and reset my preference setting by holding Down ALT while I chose open from Creative Cloud WARNING - this will remove personalized preferences on your desktop I then opened the video I was working on from the Folder it was in and NOT through Adobe Premiere itself I was then able to add Text to my video again I do not know if it was all the steps I did or just one specific one.
