I lived in Switzerland for 10 years. On the surface it seems perfect. But! Country is very good at cleaning dirty money. In Switzerland, if you don't talk about a problem, it does not exist. Domestic violence and suicide levels are very high. Fifa and The UN are based in Switzerland, both very corrupt organizations. In Switzerland, neutrality is used to avoid responsibility. It is an extremely xenophobic country. It only stopped using forced labour of young women in the 1980's. Switzerland, beautiful to look at, but scratch under the surface, it is a sordid little country.

the whole " it was hard being neutral in the 20th century" is simplified but it was more like switzerland did not want to join side because one part of switzerland would start a civil war with the other. Also was the reason why switzerland became rich because no postwar rebuilding and a lot gold and commerce thanks to war and postwar with the recovering countries
